Ten Kuwaiti machines were preserved as gate guardians and eight survived the Gulf War relatively intact

55-410 T.55 'A' Badly damaged in the war and dumped at Ali Al Salem AFB
55-411 T.55 'B' Preserved for Air Museum, Kuwait International Airport
53-412 F.53 'C' Displayed at Kuwait International Airport
53-415 F.53 'H' ] 'H', 'J' & 'K' are displayed
53-416 F.53 'J' ] on poles in a 'vic' formation
53-417 F.53 'K' ] at Al Jaber AFB
53-420 F.53 'N' Displayed at Kuwait Technology Institute
53-421 F.53 'O' Preserved for Air Museum, Kuwait International Airport
53-422 F.53 'P' Badly damaged at Messila Beach and dumped at Ali Al Salem AFB
53-423 F.53 'R' Gate guardian at Ali Al Salem AFB

There are rumours of a Kuwaiti Lightning in private hands; if so, the most likely candidate might be 53-418 'L' (G-AXEE), which was at Al Salem AFB and survived the war with little apparent damage
