ONLINE SHOP – HELP AND INFO

When you have purchased something from our online store and added it to your basket, you will see the image above.
This shows that we have added one of these cloth badges to our basket.

If you click on VIEW BASKET this will show you the screen above which lists all items you have selected to purchase.
When you are ready to complete the purchase you have two choices which we have highlighted in the blue on the picture – “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or “PAYPAL”
If you click on the “PAYPAL” option, you will be taken to the PayPal login screen, where you can login to your PayPal account and compete your purchase or pay using a credit or debit card. This is what the PayPal login prompt that will appear looks like.
If you have a PayPal account this is the best way to checkout as all of your name and address information are automatically filled in for you.

Alternatively, if you click on “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” you will see the shop checkout screen, this is where you fill in your details such as name, address, etc.
This screen has a little security feature called a reCaptcha – all you have to do here is click on the little tickbox and answer any quick questions if they appear.

At the very bottom of this screen you have payment options, select the one you wish to use and click on “PLACE ORDER”, you will then be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase.
