Bill Beardsley –
The amount of time that young Ian spent on gathering all the photos and facts make this a worthwhile investment.
I flew the plane, as an USAF Exchange pilot in the 60’s for some 500 hours and know it well. Much of time was spent at Mach 2 at 50,000 ft. The plane was always good to me. The tour was the highlight of many years of flying and assignments.

Thank you Bill, I’ll pass your comments on to Ian. Interested in your comments re-Lightning. The charisma carries on for so many who either worked with it or just watched its phenomenal performance. Much support from Bill Jnr and Tambrie with purchases from the LPG shop. Best wishes Richard and LPG members
