Description
This volume contains the last full Summer of Lightning operations at Binbrook. Filmed in glorious sunshine in June, and includes immaculate uncoded XR773, the last aircraft to go through the wing modification programme. Also in beautiful weather a practice display by XP741’AR’. In July we see operations from fire dump side including black tailed XR725 ‘BA’. As a bonus we see the displays at Coningsby and Fairford, including a dramatic departure by XR716 ‘AQ’ and XP741 ‘AR’ to Norway from Coningsby.
